ZACK A. STOOTS
Zack is a life-long resident of Russell County, Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield College and his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. Zack is a former magistrate and was also previously employed with the Tazewell County’s Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Zack won a special election in November of 2018 to fill an unexpired term that occurred when Brian Patton resigned to accept a position as Circuit Court Judge in the 29th Judicial District.
